I turn 50 this November, and midlife is showing up loudly in my business, not just my body, mind, and spirit.

The way I built it worked
For more than three years, I've guided Life Force Activation™, my online practice studio, live on Zoom, where I've led over five hundred practices. I created this practice's structure and flow with support from my spiritual guidance team; I lead every session, and I built it the way I've built most things in my life: by showing up and doing it myself.
That has worked, but it has kept it small, and it’s time to move to the next level.
Because what happens in this studio is real, and it has real results. It catapults you forward with growth and alignment, so you're clear enough to receive inspired ideas and bring them into the world through you. It also clears anxiety and transforms worry and doubt so you can come back into your power. And in the process, you become a better speaker, leader, and facilitator.
Something that's real isn't meant to stay small.
Overachievers tend to have big ideas, but we need the capacity to carry them into the world. In midlife, I'm seeing that the idea isn't what needs to change. The way I'm carrying it all by myself has to change.
To manifest this vision into form, I need collaborators. I need others to help me grow it. And it isn't meant for me to grow on my own. It's meant for me to share the prosperity this platform and container is creating.
Two bigger portals
So I'm building bigger portals in my business right now, and two are already in motion.
The first is a certification. I asked my current members if they wanted to lead practices, and they told me they just like showing up. That clarified my next step and who this scaling is for: spiritual teachers, meditation teachers, and facilitators who already have a practice but aren't sharing it enough with the world.
So now I'm building the Life Force Activation™ Facilitator Certification. It's how the online studio becomes a global platform where spiritual teachers, meditation facilitators, and healers can become visible, earn revenue, and expand their prosperity and client list. The certification program will be opening soon. I know it needs to come first, and then the studio can grow globally from there.
The second portal I’m building is Star Nation Ranch™, an in-person space where we're building our dream home and a luxury retreat for leaders in the Greater Vancouver Area. It's where leaders can dream bigger than ever, with luxury, relaxation, and the support to turn that dream into form. With nature, plants, and spaciousness, it's where leaders can clear limiting beliefs, imposter syndrome, and the old ways of doing it alone.
Collaboration is the biggest thing happening
In midlife, I've become more observant and more aware through consistent practice of my own work and powerful guides I work with. And what I see most clearly is this: none of it gets built alone. Collaboration is the biggest thing happening in my business, through developing relationships with other powerful leaders.

She's been on my show, Receptive Radio™, multiple times, and I've been on The Spiritual Business Hour multiple times; we’re aligned with supporting each other to grow visible and prosperous.
